Hummingbird Risk Advisors, LLC was founded in 2008 by Kymberlee Tysk, with the goal to create an organization based on sound risk management practices focused on reducing risk and improving the quality of care in the senior housing and healthcare industry.

Hummingbird does not place insurance nor directly handle acquisition/divestiture transactions. Instead, we partner with our client’s legal, financial, and insurance partners to provide impartial recommendations for industry best practice solutions.
